The Federal Public Corporate Governance Code sets out the material provisions of applicable law and contains internationally and nationally recognised standards of management and supervision for state-owned companies, direct subsidiaries and indirectly controlled companies. The Code is intended to enhance the transparency and improve the understanding of the corporate governance system. By incorporating the concept in its Articles of Association, BABEG is explicitly committed to compliance with the provisions. BABEG publishes the Annual Financial Statements and the Corporate Governance Report for the purpose of the transparency provisions of the Public Corporate Governance Code.
